My Headshots help you to look your best by coaching you into a more powerful and confident facial expressions, showing the character and nature of you and your business.

The only time I would say ‘Fake it until you make it’ is when building your confidence to look good on camera.

Your insecurity can become a hindrance when trying to stand in front of the camera.

Imposter syndrome is what stops many of us from sharing what it is within our heart.

We need to fool the limbic cortex. This is the part of our brain that controls emotions and protects us from being vulnerable. It makes many of our judgements for us in order to protect us. Learning to make it happy is the key.

For example, when you stand in front of that mirror, you know in your heart exactly who you are! And I bet you tell yourself the best three features you have, right?

So then, when you have that in your mind you will notice those confident little lifts at the side of your mouth. The limbic section is now warming to your appearance.

The next time you are in front of the camera, remember those three features and how you blossomed in front of that mirror.

This is how a great headshot can get us to look at trusting another person. Now trust in yourself.

Now take your best features (remember the ones you told yourself in the mirror?) to the photographer and show the world what it is you must share with them, giving their limbic system a reason to connect with you.
